The Original COLUMBIA RIVER K.I.S.S., designed by Knifemaker designer Ed Halligan, is a breakthrough high-tech statement with a blade influenced by Tanto and a beadblast finish. It stands for Keep It Super Simple.” The innovative two-piece structure has a frame lock that is integrated into the design, and the cutting edge is sealed against the handle thanks to a ground-breaking innovation.
The blade can be opened with one hand using a thumb stud, and when it is fully spun open, the frame lock makes a satisfying snapping sound and locks up. By unlatching the frame lock, one person may effortlessly close the blade.
Because of the Tanto-inspired ChiselPoint grind on the front and flat rear of the blade, the precise fit of the blade effectively “seals” the exposed cutting edge to the handleframe when it is closed.
The K.I.S.S. pocketmoney clip’s design allows for multiple uses: it can be worn as a money clip knife when fastened to the pocket or used as a key chain knife when attached to a lanyard or splitring.”
